why contacts cann't Add each other?

there are 3 servers to setup LCS environment.
1) Venus-DC.venus.com - Doman Controller (Windows 2003 R2 EN)
2) Venus-SQL.venus.com - SQL Server 2005 enterprise edtion (Windows 2003 R2 EN)
3) Venus-LCS.venus.com - Live Communications Server 2005 SP1 (Windows 2003 R2 EN)

  • I followed the deployment steps, install the Enterprise Pool (pool01.venus.com) in the Venus-SQL.venus.com, install Live Communications Server 2005 SP1 in Venus-LCS.venus.com, then active the LCS server.
  • then I add some users in the domain, then enable them as Live Communication Users. But when I click 'View/Edit' button in the "Live Communications" tab of any user's property dialog, an error dialog with "failed to read the Allow and Block List data" will pop up. Why?
  • Then I succeeded to use Windows Mesenger 5.1 to logon LCS server, but failed to add any other contacts into my contact list. Why?
