I've currently got a LCS installation going fine and dandy, however on a maintenance side of things, I have log into as a domain admin to enable users to be able to use LCS/OC2003. I'd like to change this so I don’t need to be the ultimate user with too much privilege for whatever ill ever be performing with the account.

So thus Ive set up just an LCS admin account, which I would like to be able to do maintenance for the LCS server and enable/disable user accounts/sip addresses.

I've added my account to the RTCDomainAdmin account but with no avail.

I assume that i will need to give the LCS account privileges to modify the user accounts & OU in AD and add it to a few groups. However after googling still no luck. So I was wondering if anyone has done this in the past or know what changes/permissions need to be on the account?
