Server: Win Std Edition 2003 + SP2
Error at user end: Unable to download the corporate address book with a yello colour sign in the communicator.
Also, when i search a user with his complete email address I'm able to find the contact but when i search with the complete name.
For ex. if the email address is "FirstName.LastName@xyz.com" & Display Name is "First Name Last Name". It never searches with the display name on some user's machines.
It works fine for all the users except for a few after the rollout of exchange 2007. Now, earlier I used to fix this issue by updating the local address book of outlook, signing in with a good working profile, or re-install the IM, recreate the profile itself.
Now, nothing works. :( I re-installed Office Suite but no avail. I read somewhere that Communicator should point out to the default address book. How do i make the changes to point this.
Please let me know if you need some more information from my end.
