My office uses the Live Communications Server for our users. I have one user who when she goes to type in an IM nothing happens. Her keyboard does work as we tested this out on a word document. We closed out of LIve Communicator and re-launched it, same thing happened. The cursor doesn't even blink in the message area to start typing.
