Scripted installation OCS 2007 Standard

Hi,

I'm working on a script to automate the installation of OCS 2007 Standard Edition. It all works great until the part that I want to activate the servers. Activation of the OCS server is no problem, that works great. Activating any of the other roles is a problem, I always get the 'Pool not ready' error.

These are the steps I take:
1. Install dependencies
2. Prepare Schema
3. Prepare Forest
4. Prepare Domain
5. Install SQL Express & OCS 2007 Standard -> server.msi
6. Install Audio/Video Conferencing Server
7. Install Web Conferencing Server
8. Install Web Components Server
9. Install Administrative Tools
10. Activate OCS 2007 Standard -> Activation OK
11. Activate Web components -> Fail

It doesn't matter which activation I try, they all fail.
The command I use to activate the web components is this:
lcscmd /Web /Action:Activate /PoolName:server.domain.intra /Password:My$tr0ngPwd /xml /l:C:\Scripts\ActivateW-C.xml
The error log shows at the end: "Pool is not ready", error code: 0xC3EC7814

When I switch to the deployment wizard it will state that the deployment of the server is partially done.

What I find frustrating is the fact that the deployment wizard can do something that I cannot :(

Any ideas?

Regards
