Question regarding SIP message signing

I believe when it comes to signing Sip messages, if NTLM authentication has been negotiated, then LCS will use standard NTLM Datagram Style and Key Exchange security. This means the sequence number in the signature will be at all times 0. It does not use snum or cnum, or even Cseq from the Sip message.

Therefore I don't understand how this message appears in RTCDLL0.log:-
17:21:23.541 ACC:ABC ERROR :: VerifyMessage failed: 0x80090310

0x80090310 indicates a wrong sequence number in the signature, right?
