Problem reinstalling LCS 2005 SP1 Trial

Sorry probably been posted but I can't find the answer but uninstalled LCS 2005 SP1 Trial and need to reinstall it but keep on getting the message about "all procedures are currently disabled" so I can't go on any further.

Any things I can look at to try to reinstall this.

So far I have removed the users from the AD schema plugin.
Unactivated the server
Unpreped the domain and Forest
Then uninstalled the program but still no joy.
Tried to reinstall.
