Hi,

I have a user at times she can't send IM's to several contacts but every time i try to send an IM to myself it works... She doesn't get any errors: Just on the bottom of the IM says "Establishing connection"(so for some reason she didn't establish the connection) for the user she is trying to IM. Any reason? Any thoughts to troubleshoot this issue???/
