Live Communication Server 2005 with Communicator 2005 Not all the messages are send

Hello,
the situation is like this 2 different domain and tree (without any trust ) with on each off them an LCS 2005 and office communicator 2005 configuration working perfectly, internally .
The 2 domains are linked with a VPN and when we try to communicate between the domain, we juste receive 1 on 2 sentences !
Any idea ?
