LCS and CUPS - anyone had any joy?

Apparently we have a trunk between our LCS and CUPS servers, I'm now looking for information on call control URIs as such like.

I currently have the "communicator is not properly configured to make phone calls" error in MOC. my RCControl URI is sip:ext#@lcs-server.FQDN and my phone URI is tel:ext#

I've added my account to the CUPS license pool.

Do you know of any good references/guides?
