I plan on setting up lcs 2005 sp1 for federation. With an Access Proxy configured for Public IM PLUS ALSO connect to Clearinghouse to "SIP.OSCAR.AOL.COM". I know that in just regular Public IM I will need to acquire licenses from Microsoft Services to connect to yahoo, msn and aol. I would configure them as This is a public IM service provider. I would then add the "sip.oscar.aol.com" in the IM Service provider name but not CHECK the This is a public IM service provider.

I wanted to find out who had done it before and what I may run into with my configuration. Will this work? It seems like it should.
