Instant Message displayed blank

Not always but mostly, users can see that a message came to them from
another person,and also can read the message in popup window..
But when they open the message window, all they can see is empty
messages.
I am not sure that if this error is in client side or server side,
I hope i can tell the problem.
Any ideas?

PS:We are using LCS 2005 SP1 with Microsoft communicator 2005 1.0.559.229
