Failure [0x8007054B] The specified domain either does not exist or could not be contacted.

Hi

I have LCS 2005 EE installed on the server for some reason the server is deactivated so I remove the LCS and attempt to reinstall it.
After login to AD to run the schema, the forest and the domain prep I found that I can’t prep the schema.
When I tried to create a pool on the SQL Server i receive this error

Failure [0x8007054B] the specified domain either does not exist or could not be contacted.

So any help for this issue
