"Failed To save the user Settings" on lCS 2005

Hello,
I have a problem when I configure live communicatios tab (sip address) in an account properties. When i try to save the configuration i did, i got this message "Failed To save the user Settings".
Network topology is : 1)LCS 2005 (standard edition) installed in a member server windows 2003 2) windows 2000 server is domain controller with administrative tools of LCS 2005
I try configuring it through the LCS server itself by typing dsa.msc at the run prompt.
Please help.
