Customize Status

Received a request from a Help Desk Worker, they want to add "On The Phone" as a status selection. Does anyone know if you are able to customize those settings and if so where? I am running LCS SP1, Enterprise Version, no federation. All my workstations have MS Office Communicator Ver. 1.0.559.76
