Connect two LCS within the network

I have two Domains in one network. ABC.com and DEF.com. I successfuly setup each LC Server 2005 on each domain. However i have difficulty setting up Access Proxy to make this two LC Server talk to one another. Are there any simple ways on how these two seperate LC Server connect to each other so that user from ABC.com can communicate to DEF.com user?

I hope someone have the same setup as mine.
