Client to server issue

Hi all i have just implementied LCS 2005 server but when am trying to connect thro communicator am receiving the below error message

Error message

Cannot sign in to communication service because there server is temporarily unavailable please try again later if the problem persists contact your system admin

Pls can help thanks.
