I am new to LCS and of course I was not around during the set of LCS for my company. LCS works internal with machines on the domain and external machines through the access proxy server. My problem is that I have machines internal that are not on the domain and people connecting through a VPN tunnel from India and different locations trying to access my director server. They get prompted for an username and password but they get this message "Cannot sign in, possible because the authentication server is unavailable to verify the sign-in information". They can also telnet to the director on the port I want them to use. The pool server is also available to them too. What can do to have them authenticate?
