Audio-Video Streaming

Sir,
I have deployed LCS 2005 SE on our Domain controller computer windows 2003 SE behind ISA 2004 firewall. I have opened 5061 port for outside remote access. We have two branches located apart in the common domain. If the user from the remote location wants to logon to LCS, he will first establish VPN (his location to ours) created as a shortcut on the desktop. Once VPN is established, he can able to logon to LCS through office communicator 2005 as the client and participate in the call. But during the audio/video call, the streaming is not happening correctly. When only the audio is on, he can able to hear it clearly but when video is also started, audio quality come down, Can you please give us the right solution for this?
