All ports open on firewall and configure on registry

Hi All!
I have 65 home server and one routing LCS server in forest. Eache home server in one child Domain. Now i'm in root domain want to send file, audio, webcam to other windows Messenger in child Domain but not successfully. On firewall, i try to open any - any betweent home servers. I don't know which port and registry to establish success.
If everyone know, pls inform to me
